We build simple apps for people whose working day is already full.
Where we started
Brightahead started inside a working restaurant. We saw how much of a busy shift goes on things that aren't the job itself: answering the phone for bookings, chasing no-shows, copying numbers between paper, spreadsheets and apps. Our first product, BookaTab, came straight out of that.
What we believe
- Start with a real problem. We build what businesses tell us they struggle with, not what we guess.
- Fewer taps. If a job can be done for you, it should be. If it needs you, it should take one tap.
- Fair, simple prices. One monthly price. No commission on your customers and no surprise fees.
- Your data is yours. No tracking, no selling data and no adverts. You can take your data with you.
- Quick to learn. A new member of staff should be able to use our apps on their first shift.
Who we build for
We start with hospitality because that's where we come from. We'll keep building for anyone with a hard-working team and too little time: builders and trades, shops, garages, salons, care and warehouse teams.
